Our story
Kemp Family Pharmacy is a locally owned community pharmacy dedicated to providing outstanding customer service at an affordable price. Our pharmacy provides a wide range of services designed to meet your individual health needs, from quick and accurate prescription filling to personalized medication support. We make your heath care simple and personal.
We actually know our patients. People aren't just a name or a prescription number to us. We take time to listen, answer questions, and find solutions, instead of just rushing people in and out. We are more personal, more approachable, and more like having people in your corner who genuinely care about you and your family.

Robert Emfinger
Robert Emfinger, RPh, Owner, Pharmacist, graduated from Northeast Louisiana University in 1983, and has served the Kemp community for over 40 years.
Neecee McKinney
Neecee McKinney, CPhT, Serving our pharmacy and community since 2007
Payten Pointer
Payten Pointer, CPhT, worked for us in the Gun Barrell Location until it closed in 2024 and moved over to help us provide compounded medications to our customers and use her skills in software and insurance operations to help improve our efficiencies.
Rita Emfinger
Rita Emfinger, Owner, Office manager and Patient Engagement Officer (she likes to talk to the customers), keeps us all functioning and makes sure the bills get paid.
Stacey
Stacey , is our newest addition and is in charge of over the counter products and services. Stacey is bilingual, which brings so much to our ability to serve our Hispanic population.
